Dr. Jesse C. Washburn, DO

I am new to the area and got sick. I called to schedule an appointment to be seen and couldn’t be seen for a month. I scheduled an appointment for a new patient and due to the busyness of my schedule, I spaced the appointment. I received a formal letter, not a phone call, stating that because I missed my appointment, he was no longer willing to be my physician. I understand the inconvenience of patients missing appointments and the cost of missing a ten minute appointment; however, banning a patient for life from your practice is very harsh.

This is the second time I have seen Dr. Washburn and he has been a huge disappointment each time. Spends no time with you. The worst beside manner I have seen. There is zero care, or personality. He acts as if you are an annoyance. I went in for a possible broken foot. He didn't even offer to help me up (I was on crutches) or hold open the door. Seriously, common courtesy even is absent.
