Dr. Jessica Caira

Jessica Caira is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 10 years of experience in the field. She specializes in assisting teens and adults with stress and anxiety management, identity issues, life transitions, and relationship issues, but Jessica also has a particular interest in working with older teens and young adults in navigating their transition to adulthood. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brandeis University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University.Jessica's approach to therapy is strength-based, solution-focused, and client-centered. She believes in adding skills, building insight, and enhancing your sense of identity to help you cope with your most difficult times. She can help you begin building self-esteem and resilience and will support you in nurturing positive relationships that will foster continued growth outside of therapy. Jessica works to create a safe space and to tailor individualized treatment to fit …each client’s needs. She believes that building a therapeutic relationship is the first step in effective treatment, and will do her best to make you feel as comfortable as possible as you both delve into whatever may be troubling you.
