After four years as a patient with this practice, I received a certified dismissal letter dated July 8, 2026, offering absolutely no explanation for why I was being dropped. When I called the office to investigate, a staff member named Heather could only tell me that their internal notes cited a vague "communication issue." The reality is that I have never interacted with Shannon Gannon outside of my scheduled, in-person appointments. My only phone interactions were with her nurse, Jennifer, who consistently struggled to handle patient matters efficiently over the phone. Heather also confirmed that Dr. Gray is the one who ultimately approves these patient dismissals. While my husband actually really likes Dr. Gray, my daughter and I found her to have zero bedside manner. That is exactly why we chose to see Michelle Phillips (NP) instead. Michelle was absolutely amazing, and her departure at the end of 2025 was a massive loss to the quality of care at this office. To arbitrarily… dismiss a loyal, long-term patient without clear, direct communication or a valid reason is incredibly unprofessional. Because of how poorly this was handled, my husband and daughter are also leaving this practice as soon as we establish care elsewhere. Consider this a warning if you are looking for a reliable primary care provider: this office can and will drop you with zero transparency.
