I have been under the care of Dr. John during my pregnancy-delivery to after delivery Postpartum Depression care. First of all, I really love the hospital staffs. All of them are kind and warm, and they always ensure I feel welcomed. During the delivery, there was unpredictable situation comes up, and I ended up having emergency C-section. She was very helpful to make me understand the whole procedure, and tried her best to calm my nervousness. During the operation, she was on top of everything! In fact my husband who was in the operation room witnessing the whole procedure expressed later that Dr.Johns was like a conductor of the orchestra! She was professional and obviously very skilled. The operation was quick and all in all great surgery thanks to her and her amazing team. My beautiful baby came out within the first 15 minutes safely thanks to Dr. Johns. My incision healed beautifully without a complication and not much visible scar left. Now I am handling with Postpartum… Depression, but she is still there and very compassionate. I have been under such a good care, and my husband and I are eternally grateful for Dr Johns for the whole pregnancy experience.

Was not informed about healthcare choices available for a condition that effects 1/3 of woman. Refused to talk about options, was set on ripping out my uterus, despite the fact that this was far from needed. Might know her anatomy yet seems to have no idea how a woman's body works in general, not seemed to care about anything except her pennies.

Really terrible experience. I received no explaination, only eagerness to extract my entire uterus. She gave no options or explanation of ultrasound results. No help whatsoever, in fact what felt like judgement. Talking to this women was like talking to a textbook from sixty years ago. I was a lot more informed on women's health than she was during the visit. Oh! and she refused to give the pap I was signed up for and gave the most painful pelvic exam I could have ever imagined.
