She has no business being a physician. If I could give her 0 stars I would. I made a Teladoc appointment with her today because I have various symptoms, including those of an ear infection. I have been getting frequent ear infections and at 31 years old, I’m well aware of what it feels like when I have one. She paid no mind whatsoever to any of my concerns, diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection and basically told me to just wait it out. I asked what her plan was for my ear infection and she told me I could only have antibiotics for an ear infection if I had an ear infection and that wasn’t her diagnosis. That wasn’t her diagnosis BECAUSE SHE DIDNT LISTEN. What in the world is the point of a Teladoc visit if they refuse to provide care without a physical exam? I will never use Teladoc again because of her.
