Dr. Kepchar listened to what I have been experiencing, performed her own diagnostic, and offered recommendations to move forward. I feel like she paid more attention to me than most doctors over the last 10 years. I am looking forward to a positive resolution of my ssymptoms. I am very happy that I was referred to her office.

I am thankful that I got to come and have an appointment with Dr. Kepchar. She was able to look at my diagnosis with new eyes and help me feel better.

Today I visited with Dr Jessica Kepchar. She was professional, thoughtful and listened to my questions. She was quite thorough, and surprised when I told her that no one had ever scoped my sinuses. She found polyps, deviated septum and some other issues. She set a protocol to deal with my current infection, medication for treatment, and set up a CT to see if anything changes over the next 4 weeks. She warned that surgery may be necessary to fix those issues. I snore, and if I can fix that my wife will be forever grateful. I’ve got my new ENT!! Thank God! K.G. 11/25/2025

Very easy going about the information she informs you with, nice atmosphere with no pressure.

First time visiting with Dr Kepchar. Very professional, educated and pleasant. She answered all my concerns and questions in regards to my post Inspire surgery. She was extremely thorough and was prepared with a prop to help explain my Inspire implant. I was very impressed. I felt comfortable and not rushed. I left with confidence and resources to contact her directly if I had any further concerns. I think she even smiled. I also want to mention her staff, the front desk and the nurse was absolutely super kind. Thanks!

Very pleased with Dr Kepchar and her staff. I was disappointed with results of a DICE study but with the help of Dr Kepchar we are exploring other options to help my sleep apnea condition.
