Dr. Kingsburg took the time to explain the surgery, and the pros and cons of waiting or having surgery. I elected to have shoulder /humerus repair surgery.

Dr. Kingsberg is an excellent surgeon and a very personable and professional. I would give her the highest recommendation that I could. Unfortunately the staff at the Crimson Canyon office are barely competent at their jobs. I have been billed wrong several times and was scheduled for my final follow up appointment after the surgery that was less than 24hours after my 3 month window post surgery that was already included in the price of the surgery. But they knowingly scheduled my appointment less than a day after I had to pay for the visit out of pocket. If they didn’t know it at the time, then they are incompetent. They didn’t offer to even see what could be done. The only option they gave me was to pay 3 times what I had been changed before for identical services or leave. No compassion for the customer. They made no effort to work with me, just pay (even though they scheduled it improperly) or leave. So I left. Good doctors and their patients deserve better than the uncaring and… unhelpful staff that supposedly work for them.

I had an elbow fracture from trauma. Dr. Kingsburg was very knowledgeable and shared her expertise with a great manner. She explains healing process easily, and answers all my questions. Great experience with her!

Dr. Kingsberg is an incredible surgeon. She always makes me feel like I’m her only patient. The office staff is very efficient at both of her locations. Thank you!

Successful Pelvic Hip Surgery. Incisions are clean, no infection. Very little pain after 2 weeks. It's week 3 after Surgery and walking with a Cane. Fantastic informative Dr. Thank you Jessica.
