Dr. Jessica Lynne Laforest, MD

The doctor is amazing, the staff not so much. Toni the office manager has no clue what she's talking about and she's absolutely rude! Her and the offstage tried to make my daughter pay 700.00 up front even though her insurance covers 100% of prenatal care including labs and ultrasound. She was repeatedly told by bcbs that she was in the wrong and she didn't care she was rude to my husband who is the policy holder while on the phone with bcbs and I will be filing a formal complaint against her(Toni). Also she doesn't even have the doctor credentialed as a specialist with bcbs. Again love Dr. Laforest she is amazing too bad she has horrible staff especially a rude office manager.

Dr. Laforest is VERY personable and makes you feel as if you’re talking to another person, just with the doctor knowledge. Only thing is the reception desk. Good luck trying to get an appointment. Several times could never get in contact with them. Whenever I was able to get ahold of them, were snarky and rude or they would forget to write down my appointment time and when I showed up I wasn’t in the system and had to take another whole day off to reschedule because someone forgot.

i was 17 when i got pregnant she never asked questions she always made sure i was comfortable everytime i had a question she made sure to explain in detail dr laforest is amazing she delivered both my girls an even when i went to my post partum checkup my daughter wouldnt stop crying she showed me what helped an it worked she made labor so much fun even though i was in so much pain she still had everybody laughing i will always use dr laforest and reccomend my experience with her was wonderful<3

she is the the best she always tells you what very thing is for if they are takeing any test and she always makes sure that you understand whats going on with ypur baby ect she is also very understanding and down to earth even with teenage pregnancy
