Dr. Jessica L. Lucas, DO

Dr. Jessica Lucas is a dedicated pediatrician at Intermountain Health’s Bountiful Clinic, serving families in Bountiful, North Salt Lake, and the surrounding communities. She provides comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child checkups, immunizations, treatment for acute illnesses, and management of sports-related injuries. Passionate about caring for children of all ages, Dr. Lucas is also a Certified Lactation Counselor, offering specialized support to breastfeeding mothers and their infants. Through this certification, she aims to empower and guide families through the breastfeeding journey, ensuring the best possible start for her youngest patients.

Dr. Lucas was born and raised in Utah and obtained her Bachelor' s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Utah. She then went on to pursue a career in medicine at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona where she developed a passion for diagnosing and treating children. Dr. Lucas continued her training with the …Authority Health Pediatric Residency at Children's Hospital of Michigan. While in Detroit, she was able to work with children from all backgrounds and medical complexities, which she hopes will help her to provide exceptional care for her future patients. 

Dr. Lucas and her husband are excited to be back in Utah after spending their training in various parts of the country and recently had their first child in June 2023.
