Dr. Jessica Leigh Mcafee, MD

She is really patient, caring, and professional.

Unfortunately, Dr Mcafee lacks basic people skills and professionalism. We’ve seen her a few times. The first meeting I was friendly and tried to engage in just basic kind conversation. She seemed uncomfortable and only wanted to get through her list of questions. Not sure if she is just insecure or has so many patients to see she lacks sincerity. She does not seem to be warm, caring or engaged with her patients; she makes appointments feel awkward. Getting out of the exam room as fast as possible is your best option. I feel bad for her because she could have much more potential as a doctor. Thankfully our family has been able to find a new doctor since our last apt. The new doctor & entire office/staff are amazing. I was blown away at the difference of how each practice was run. Our new doc/office is caring & classy, but Lorton Family feels pushy and ghetto. It's sad when good practices are so desperately needed. Some changes could really make this office great.

Dr.McAfee is very nice and is an excellent doctor. Her medical staff (nurse Chelsee) is not so nice and inconsiderate toward elder and wheel chair patients. If you write to Dr. McAfee she would respond on her behalf instead of Dr. She is very rude at the best.

I left my house what I thought was ample time for my appointment, due to a road closure had to drive a lot further with heavy traffic. Called the office and they said I only have 7 minutes after my scheduled time. Ended up 10 minutes late and wouldn't take me, rescheduling was no acceptable for our schedule and their office receptionist was extremely rude. Heading to urgent care now. Such a disappointing office visit, never again with these folks.
