I took my older children there and it was just like every other typical checkup, but when I tried to get my two younger children an appointment (3 yro & 4 yro) it was a nightmare. I got rescheduled and given the run around multiple times. I made their first appointment a week in advance, when I showed up they claimed they had called me and cancelled... yet it was never me they cancelled with. So I had to reschedule for the next week. When I showed up for the next appointment, I was told that since I was late my children couldn't be seen. However, I was 15 minutes early according to the time they wrote on my appointment card. I tried to explain to them that I live an hour away and if they would just adjust their schedule. The doctor flat out refused to cooperate even though this was their mistake. I will not be taking my children back to a doctor or company that openly refuses to provide medical care to its patients. Whatever flaw in their policies or system needs to be… corrected and not allowed to negatively impact their patients.
