I was VERY impressed with Jessica Murray. She took plenty of time to listen to my son's medical history and ask questions. She explained her thinking process and possible treatments to us clearly. This was the first time she had seen us, but I really feel like she fully understand the whole picture. She asked me at the end if I was comfortable with the plan going forward, which I appreciate. And also, she was GREAT with my son. She spoke to him, not about him, and had an excellent bedside manner for both of us. A very skilled and reassuring provider.
