Jessica C. O'Brien is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida who has over 10 years of experience working with clients of all ages seeking assistance with a variety of challenges and concerns. She is currently accepting clients 18 years of age and older. Jessica earned her Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Florida and has worked in a variety of settings, including a college counseling center, community mental health agencies, and private practice settings.She uses a combination of cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused therapies to work together with clients to create personalized goals and treatment plans aimed at helping them make the changes they’d like to see, including living a healthier, more satisfying, and self-directed life.
