Dr. Jessica M Sandmeier, DO

Dr. Sandmeier is phenomenal. She goes over above and beyond to help her patients. After seeing 4 other doctors for a recent illness she not only figured out what was wrong that is within her area of practice but took the time to research my other issues and then made recommendations to other trusted providers. I love her. She's so thorough. Kind. And pretty direct. I appreciate that. And all of the extra time she took with me. I'll forever be her patient.

When I was in labor, Dr. Sandmeier did not uphold the preferences in my birth plan that we had discussed in her office. I ended up with a C-section that probably could have been avoided if there had been fewer interventions during labor. She was more interested in the quality of the incision/scar than in discussing whether she should have done anything differently to avoid it in the first place. I will never work with her again nor recommend her to anyone I care about.

This doctor needs to go back to medical school and learn some more. She nearly allowed me to die because of her lack of skill to diagnose things in pregnancy.

It was my first time at a gynecologist and she was extremely condescending. She acted as if it was her way or the highway. When I explained that I did not want to be on the pill, she dismissed me completely. I did not feel better about my situation at all after leaving the office. I have never felt so uncomfortable or so looked down upon. Definitely chose the wrong person for my first visit!

Unlike many doctors now, Dr. Sandmeier is trustworthy and not just working for a group to push unnecessary surgeries or testing procedures. She took the time to explain what was found and what could be expected in follow ups--THANK YOU Dr for not being a sell out or a liar and for being truthful in what you found in my tests and allowing me to be an advocate for my own health--you are a rare breed these days!! If I knew where you went, I'd follow you there. Blessings!

She is very knowledgable and took the time to explain my situation and my options. I am very thankful for her referral to another Specialists and both my Oncologist and I cannot say enough good things about her!

lack of knowledge, doesn't seem to care and caused me to lose a pregnancy. I would definitely not recommend her.
