Dr Severson is great. Her staff however should learn to keep private info private. Not everyone in the waiting room needs to know my address, phone number, date of birth. Spouse name and phone number. HIPPA.

Your treatment depends on your insurance. Treated poorly by staff for having blue choice option.

Dr. Severson has been treating me for years now. She is always above and beyond as far as concern for your condition and will always go the extra mile to recommend things, give samples, explain things, and even give a couple or any other thing. I truly leave there with new knowledge and information and get good medication for my condition. She is highly attentive, and puts you at ease. Like you are her friend and she wants to help. Great doctor, and great person. I feel comfortable seeing her, and recommending her. 5 stars!

I really didn't feel like I got a lot of my concerns addressed during my visit. Mind you I waited about 4 months or so (don't remember exactly) for this visit, and rescheduling an appointment sets you off another 3-5 month! The Doctor was pleasant but seemed hurried, like I wasn't a top priority. I felt like I was wasting her time or something, I didn't feel comfortable asking all my questions due to this demeanor.
