Dr. Shah was very good and professional. She was very caring, patient ,and a great listener. She has been my doctor for several years and I am so grateful! I am pleased to recommend her!

Doctor Shah and her team go above and beyond my expectations to provide exceptional care. The office staff are always prompt, efficient, and friendly in scheduling appointments, returning phone calls, and handling payments and insurance. In each of the many visits I have had with Doctor Shah over the past several years, she takes the time to listen to what I am experiencing, answers any questions I may have to ensure my understanding, and consults compassionately with me to definitively determine next investigative or treatment steps. My visit with Dr. Jessica Shah was very pleasant & reassuring. The wait was short. Dr. Shah took plenty of time to listen to my symptoms & asked and answered all questions before coming up with a treatment plan.

Dr. Shah is very competent and professional in every way. My first appointment went well and my procedure went perfectly. I also appreciated the help given me by her nurse prior to surgery. All in all it was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend her.

Do NOT come to this location unless you want to be told wrong time to come in and them tell you that you have to reschedule for a later week because appt was 20 mins earlier than what you were told. Also fyi they don’t send appt confirmations. I Was not able to see Dr. Shah or anyone since one of the receptionist entered my appointment time 20 mins earlier(8:15) than what she originally told me(8:40) two weeks ago when i made appointment(I showed up at 8:35 btw) You would think there would’ve been a confirmation call/text. But There was no none. Not clear why not because she read my number back to me so they had it on file. Maybe I should’ve called even though ALL my doctors call to confirm! So because of that, next opening was for Oct.5, it was a struggle to get this day off and for next 3 weeks I’m working M-F so that’s out. Then Oct. 21 was suggested. Needless to say I’d rather go to another doctor/office that doesn’t mess up, confirms appointment, and put patients first!!!

An awesome Doctor! my visit with Dr. Shah was excellent, her billing staff however were cold and unwilling to explain of what they were billing me or my insurance. 60 days after my visit I called to see if i can get an answer then being told that my acct will be credited with in 10 business days, why did it take 60 days? and what would have happened had i not called? I will not be going back to see Dr. Shah because She is as good as her office staff!

They will not bill your insurance correctly and they will lie about what they have done. Everyone knows that Colon Screenings are covered 100% by most insurance companies but rest assured the will not use the correct code and even after you contact your insurance and get the correct code so they can bill it they will not re-bill. They refuse to be helpful and the change their story each time you talk to them. I will never ever ever recommend this doctor as she is only as good as her support staff
