Jessica’s approach to patient care begins with taking the time to truly understand each individual and their unique history. She believes that every person has their own needs, desires, experiences, and background, and she values getting to know her patients in depth to arrive at an accurate diagnosis. Jessica has a holistic view of treatment, considering the whole person when recommending modalities, therapies, and medications that best support each individual’s well-being. She strives to meet people where they are and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations for their care. Jessica hopes that patients feel heard, understood, and empowered by a treatment plan they can fully embrace. Jessica was naturally drawn to the field of mental health from a young age. While exploring career paths, she considered becoming either a psychiatrist or a social worker until she discovered the role of a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and knew it was the perfect fit.
