Dr. Jessie S Cheung, MD

I attempted to use her service for BIOTE. She does not do her own blood draws and during COVID it was impossible to book at various labs around area. No one to answer her phones and was directed to communicate through email. When her staff finally responded they directed me to a lab I already tried. She made performance of "contract" impossible then deducted the credit card fees. Found doctor who did BIOTE, arranged and did their own blood draw. This doctor's office set up is seems "virtual" only.

Dr Cheung provides way more than most dermatologists do. She offers girth enhancement with dermal fillers. Seems a bit off the wall, but pretty simple. Well, not so much. She used a permanent filler without disclosing all the possible major side effects. Actually, she made it seem pretty common and easy to treat problems. I have had painful granulomas and swelling. It has also caused lymphatic issues. She placed filler but has no way of fixing or reversing what has been done. I have had an almost 100 k reconstructive procedure and may need another. In hind site, why does she do all of these other services. Stick with dermatologists that do dermatology only. She is all about production at any cost.

horrible experience, quick approach, not listening clients wishes, no explanation, not gentle, who knows what was used.

I found her to be misleading, double talking and inappropriate. I came into for a second opinion about my condition and she used scare tactics to get my business and her treatment made things worst. She then took no responsibility.

People go to this sort of Dermatologist because they are insecure about something: aging, beauty... Dr. Cheung takes full advantage of us shmucks. She'll tell you you have to be healthy on the inside to be beautiful on the outside. She'll run an entire panel of tests and then sell you vitamins, all not covered by insurance. Vitamin B-12 for over $70.00 a bottle. Why is a Dermatologist doing Hormone replacement therapy? Because no Gynecologist would ever recommend or do this procedure. Only someone desperate to make money. Once your hair falls out from to much testosterone, maybe she can do a hair transplant for you. Don't be vulnerable, stay away!

I was desperate with my issue and finally went to Dr. Cheung. I actually travelled there from Germany for this. She was amazing and explained everything in details. Never felt uncomfortable. Treatment worked and I am totally happy.

BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE!! Dr. Cheung is a nice dermatologist and I was happy with her service but there is fraud being committed at this location. I had a 15 minute appointment with Dr. Cheung and this one visit was billed 5 times. So I was charged $115 for one office visit. And then I was charged $175 x 4 = $700 for 4 more office visits on the same day. When I noticed this charge, I called them immediately and figured it was a clerical mistake and would be taken care of immediately. I spoke to 4 members of the office staff and nobody will call me back. Finally, I was able to reach someone named Rigl who said these visits would be removed and he would call me back to confirm. A few days went by and he never called. Then I called back and spoke to someone called David, who said these visits did take place and I will be charged for them. Then I went into the office to speak to Dr. Cheung to let her know what's going on and they wouldn't let me speak to her. Then I was told they would… remove two visits. These people are crooks. I just want to warn others. **PATIENTS PLEASE CHECK YOUR CLAIMS.** you will be charged for extra visits that don't exist. They would never give me the number to the billing department in California. I believe this is a wide-spread FRAUDULENT practice. I have filed an appeal with my healthcare company and I have filed two fraud complaints/charges against this office. BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE!

This woman destroyed my face. She injected filler and left horrible bruising on the cheeks and chin. She then used laser and said it would help get rid of the bruising faster. She BURNED me and left me with a hole in my chin and a scar. Also hyper-pigmentation in my cheeks witch may never go away. I am seeing another doctor to help me but my face will never be the same. SAve your money .
