Dr. Jessie Al-Amin, MD

This office is unprofessional attempting to torture patients with significant disability with appointment times over federally mandated statutory times. I felt very threatened and essentially stated they could do what they wanted with my own body. There is a serious problem occurring here.

I was appalled by my entire experience at Dr. Al-Amin's office. Firstly, the new patient 'questionnaire' consisted of an entire H&P for the new client to fill out rather than the doctor taking the time to go over this critical information herself. She spent a total of 5 minutes at the visit, asked zero questions for a history, a pathetic excuse for a physical exam, & was 100% transparent in her bias view of treating the particular condition for which I came into take care of given its social stigma. I was honestly surprised a 'physician' would conduct herself with such behavior, and would gladly discourage any prospective patient looking up doctors in the area from visiting Dr. Al-Amin's practice.

Wow, she is such a wonderful doctor who really cares about her patience.

By far the worst experience I hAve ever had with a doctor. During my appointment, the power was turned off, so they did the exam in the dark. The doctor came in for 2 minutes, prescribed some pills for me, but never said what she thought was wrong. I called every day for a week to get my test results, and they never did call me back. Awful.

Dr. Muse is a very personable person, she comes in and takes her time with you. She listens to you and gives her hones feed back. I have never been there longer than and hour and a half. Even when i was sick and just walked in i only waited about 15 mins before i was back in a room. I love Muse Medical Clinic.
