Dr. Jessnie Jose-Mathews, MD

Dr. Mathews is very approachable and responsive when I needed follow-ups. She even sent me a personal note when she saw improvements in my labs from last year.

My husband has been going to the clinic where Dr. Jose works for 5 yrs. and we travel from Texas every month for my husbands pain management. We recently moved to Texas from Oklahoma. He had a visit a few days back and she first refilled his prescription but the pharmacy did a check on their system because he is on a narcotic for pain because he has had 2 total knee replacements and 2 total knee revisions in 4 yrs. They found in their system someone by his name which is common and coincidently his same bday but this person has a Texas ID my husband has a Oklahoma ID in which he hasn't even renewed yet here because of Covid . DMV's here are closed. She refused his refill because she believes that my husband is fraudulently going to a Texas dr and a totally different pharmacy then our one we've been going to for years and now my husband has to deal with pain everyday but what hurts the worse she made us fill like we were lying to her and my husband is illegally doing stuff when he's… not. So if we continue going to this clinic we will refuse any services from her again.
