Unorganized, staff poorly trained. Dr diagnosis almost always wrong

Dr. Aguilar really cares about his patients. He spends time with you and knows your history.

I was diagnosed as anemic and was put on medication. Then when I went for a follow up Test were done doctor never called to give results.

First off the office staff is rude, I guess I was asking too much from them when I asked for an excuse for work. I would not give any stars if I could. When you get there I seemed like I was bothering them when I checked in. So then when I sent in to take urine test there was cups in the restroom and one cup on the rack had someone else's urine in it and was still in there. I previously went to ER & was diagnosed as anemic & was told to follow up with PCP. When I did follow up with Dr. Aguilar he said yeah they are right and proceeded to talk about a triathalon he was going to participate in. I continued to hear about this for two more visits.. we talked about him instead of me. Finally I knew I had an ear ache and called on a Monday for an appt & was told I can not be seen until Thursday with the PA. So I went 3 days with an ear ache. I went in on Thursday just to be told that I have an ear ache and given a prescription within 5 minutes.

Dr Aguilar is a caring physician who takes the time to get to know his patients. Because of his warm bedside manner and his excellent skills he has a large patient population and it can be difficult to be seen right away. Other than that he is the best!

Disgusted with Dr. Aguilar. I ended up going to another doctor after suffer from constant headaches and being misdiagnosed by Dr. Aguilar for an entire year. Come to find out that I have a tumor in the right lobe of my brain plus some other ailments that went undiagnosed due to Dr. Aguilar not paying attention to my needs. Oh and the staff. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Yet I've seen them all including on the phone making personal phone calls with a smile.
