Very rude, does not listen, does not let you speak. "I know what I'm doing" is what he constantly repeats very loudly every time you try to talk to him. He says he takes insurance, but he makes you pay cash in advance with the promise that he will bill the insurance company and return your money, whatever money they pay him. HE NEVER CLAIM ANYTHING TO THE INSURANCE. NEVER RETURN ANYTHIN. Never gives you a professional written estimated, just numbers in a piece a paper and you trust thinking it is a professional. They do not have parking; you must pay for parking every time.

My whole family has been going to him for years now, my grandma started with his father and then went on to Jesus Del Valle. He's is super clean and good at what he does.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Del Valle about 2 years ago. He is very willing to work with you on price, and he seemed nice and genuine with me. I've gone back since and would definitely recommend him to anyone searching for someone to remove their wisdom teeth!

Making an appointment was very easy. I was able to find an opening within a week. The staff was very polite and friendly. Dr. DelValle knew my wisdom teeth were in bad condition and performed oral surgery the same day! Highly recommend him to everyone. Very knowledgeable and willing to work with you.

I should have read the reviews before stepping foot into this dentist's office. I took my stepson there for an initial free consultation. He barely spent time to explain exactly what was going on with his teeth and it appeared that it was because it was a free visit. My stepson was about to explain how the damage he had happened and he brushed him off and said he didn't need to know that and that it would be $1300 for the tooth replacement and an additional $1000 for a root canal. He kept insisting that we needed to do it now and that he needed money now. I advised I needed to discuss with my husband to set an appointment but boy oh boy how he didn't like that. I then had also wanted to get checked myself since I was already there. Well I guess because I did not pay the money for my stepson upfront he did not want to even look at me and had me waiting for one hour in the chair. I thought it was because he was with another patient but when the patient left he called the staff into the… office and left me sitting there. I knew something was up when one of the staff members looked over at me quite embarrassed. I grabbed my stuff and left and not one of them called me over to wait. Funny, I was even considering of taking my son there to do the work but after this, never again. Nice office but boy does the dentist's attitude not match it. Note to self doctor, do not offer free initial consultations if you're going to get upset when a patient decides to wait on paying $2300 for dental work right then and there. I only went to him because I could not remember the name of a nicer doctor I once went to that did a free cleaning, free x-ray and gave a beautiful description of the procedures along with x-ray copies in his actual office, now I will search long and hard for him because this guy is horrible. DO NOT GO TO HIM.

Horrible manners, rude, total jerk.

The office was beautiful..clean and very modern looking, they have tvs and windows overlooking 37th avenue. Very nice location in the heart of Coral Gables. However..... the Dr is very impatient I feel like he was always in a rush..He constantly stops to take cell phone calls and complains that he is working on ANOTHER patient that he's working fast to get out of there.... I went to get a cavity filled and had to go back twice for excruciating pain.. he seemed annoyed to see my face both times I went back. He wasnt very friendly..neither was his staff. In fact one of his dental assistants seemed very lost and confused.. Couldn't even take an xray without help from another tech. I did not feel safe while alone with her.. not to mention she tore my upper lip open with the water sucking hose while the dr was working on my cavity. The lady who does the cleanings on the other hand is very kind, nice and friendly. I did hear the doctor yell at her in front of other patients and rudely told… another patient he could not work on his mouth at the time because it was a disaster - Im assuming the gentleman doesn't practice proper oral hygiene methods- anyway he tossed the tools and got up and walked away. All in all, I would not recommend him.
