We totally enjoy our doctor visits even thou we are sick or under the weather,doc lua is like a friend we can talk to about anything we are treated with care n respect by the girls at the desk too. He has been our family doc since my two boys were baby's n now the grown men who also still use him for their family thank you doc lua n may we continue to b blessed many years more the pulido family

poor service. Not respectful. Why do i need to complete first orientation packet and asking for medical history, when i have been attending same doctor many years. I was told if i don't complete no service offered. The medical staff should complete all paperwork for returning patients. The doctor does not give courtesy of first come first service.

I have tried to get an appointment with dare I say "dr" . He will not place call requests, his office staff is among the most ill spoken, rude, lazy and incompetent bunch of idiots! If your provider forces you to see him I pity you. He is a quack!!!!!

all concerned,this is the worse doctor around. he is unwilling to cooperate or help. his diagnosis procedure is the pits. please stay away.

I understand this is a family practice (and so many people are coming in with their children), but I found the waiting room to be very dirty. (There was food on the seats and floors.) The staff was pleasant enough, but they were not very responsive. There is a sign in the waiting room that says something to the effect of: "Do not knock on the glass." I'm guessing the staff was just finishing their lunch break, and so I somewhat understand that they would keep the glass window closed while they were on their break. I was on time for my appointment, however, and after waiting about ten minutes and saying "hello" several times...I finally knocked on their glass. (They opened it and finally signed me in.) Dr. Lua was fine enough. I found him a little hurried during my appointment, though. I had to stop him a few times from leaving the room so I could finish asking my questions. Also, (since this is anonymous, I'll say it)...I found him to be a bit rough during my pap.Some people… may not care about this, but I'm also not a fan of a place that accepts only cash for co-pays. I'm assuming that they don't want to pay a fee with the credit card processing company.
