The doctor overall is a excellent doctor. The staff on the other hand is RUDE, especially the lady that answers the phone.

I have used this doctor for all three of my children two of which are adults now. Her bedside manner is very warm and friendly and she is a great listener. She makes me feel inadequate as a parent. Her staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to setting appointments and grasping an understanding of procedures. Over all the entire staff takes their time with you and helps my children over come the nervousness that children can experience when going to the doctors for any reason.

My son has had an ear infection for over 6 months now. She acted like she didnt want to treat him at all for anything more than a ear infection. I am very upset with her services and we will be finding a new PCP
