Dr. Jian Xu, MD

Dr. Jian Xu is a board-certified family medicine physician who brings 13 years of experience to comprehensive primary care. He earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences F E Hebert School of Medicine, where he developed a strong foundation in treating patients across all age groups. His family medicine specialty allows him to provide continuity of care for entire families, from pediatric through geriatric patients.

Dr. Xu practices at multiple locations throughout Vancouver, Washington and Clackamas, Oregon, with affiliations at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente Sunnyside Medical Center, and Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center.
