Dr. Jibran Naseer, MD

I am blessed to have Dr. Naseer my physician.

Spent time explaining everything in detail. Easy to understand.

Went to Prompt Care for flu like symptoms and Dr Naseer was very kind and attentive. He spent so much time with me , listening and addressing all my concerns. He also has a sense of humor and is very easy to talk with. I only wish he had a private practice so I could use him as my primary physician.

He answered all my questions and was attentive to my issue.

I called to get and appointment and the office staff couldn't get me in for over a week, I felt my symptoms needed immediate attention, so I took myself to the Emergency Room, the ER doctor told me to get in to see him in the next two days, and I explained they were full and I had an appointment for the 31st which was 9 days away, he said that the doctors offices had slots that were specifically set for ER follow up appointments and to let the front desk know it was for an ER follow up, I did this and they had to run it by the doctor because they still didn't have any appointments available after all, I waited overnight and when the Nurse finally called me back she said the doctor felt that I indeed could wait until the 31st, however when I had woke up that morning I had a horrible sore throat, and when I looked in the mirror had white spots all over the back of my throat, and felt horrible, I thought I may have strep throat, so asked the nurse if I could get in just to get a quick… strep test, and she told me to push plenty of fluids and they would see me on the 31st, I was thinking are they seriously going to make me wait 8 days to been seen for strep throat, on top of the 8 days for an ER follow up??? wow horrible service in my opinion, its like they don't even care about my medical needs what so ever.
