I can't stand when a doctor schedules you with 5 other people for the same time slot, who does that unless you have other doctors on hand... Horrible...

Pros: listens and answers all the questions asked, explains most of the stuff, very polite, great bedside manners, Cons: -the office books upto 4 patients for one appt time resulting in wait times anywhere from 30 to 60 mins. - i think the practise is flourishing because now the dr seems to be in a hurry at each visit - She doesnt explain or mention other stuff besides the usual vaccinations and food allergy stuff. For e.g.: during summer time I expected her to briefly mention about the measures we need to undertake while taking our 1 yr old out in sun ( fully clothed, sunscreen vs sunblock, are sunglasses required). She didn't mention anything and on being asked seemed to be in a hurry. I agree that there is a lot of info out there on internet and as educated people it is common sense to know certain measures. Yet you expect your peds to remind you of these things. my suggestion would be to make a list of all questions you need to ask and start a rapid fire round once she is… done with her examination
