Dr. Jigna Sumir Patel, MD

Had been seeing this doctor for over 10 years. Made another appointment, tried to do that visit but was told that I didn’t have an appmnt. I stated that clearly I made one, but they argued that I didn’t and made me another future appmnt. I missed that appmnt by a day due to an error on my part. When I tried to reschedule, the office staff and Dr Patel said, it’s best that I find myself a new Dr to treat me because I had 2 missed appmnts. I explained the 1st missed appmnt was not an error on my part. They didn’t want to hear it. But instead of just charging a missed appmnt fee or something, they boot you out of the office with no notice and no regard for the fact that dr knows you and your medical history and are rude about it.

Dr. Patel has been our family doctor since we arrived here from N Y. 4 years ago. Our experience has been only positive. She actually saved my husband's life by recognizing a blood infection just prior to his scheduled surgery for a serious operation. We highly recommend her services. The Pollack family

Dr. Patel and her staff are absolutely the best. She is very conscientious and when someone in my family needs to get in to see her the staff works very hard to make that happen. I think she's definitely a top doc.
