Dr. Jeffe is unresponsive and unwilling to help. We originally scheduled an appointment with her, which was a second opinion, specifically so that we could have an ENT within the RUSH network because my 13 month old was scheduled for a G/I scope under sedation and we wanted to do both the ENT and G/I scope together since she was going to be sedated. Her office refused to confirm with me whether or not Dr. Jeffe would help with this. Then, I got to her office only to tell me that she would not do this and because I'd taken off work and would be paying considerably for the appointment agreed to let her do the ENT scope in the office. She forgot to turn the camera on so did not record any images. Then, she didn't upload a single note in mychart. I went back and forth with her nurses over the phone and mychart trying to get a simple summary of what she saw in the ENT scope so that I could share that with my daughter early intervention team who will not give her speech therapy without… knowing that her ENT and VSS we're clear. Apparently it's against policy to even discuss what your own daughter's recent appointment covered. Instead I'm told I need to go through medical records which will take weeks. I have never in my life encountered such an unwillingness to respond or help with such a simple request that is so important to my daughter's health.

We had a wonderful experience! Her bedside manner was fantastic and made myself and son feel very comfortable. We were very worried about the procedure for his tubes but she comforted us and made the process very quick and easy. She is very knowledgeable in the field and thorough. I would highly recommend Dr. Jill Jeffe!

Wonderful experience. Dr. Jeffe more than willing to take the time needed to answer all of my questions. Very flexible in scheduling. I'd rate her with 10 stars if it was an option!
