Dr. Jill Raquel Leblond, PhD

Dr. Jill is amazing -she is kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, funny and honest. I've worked with her for years and know full well she does not work with kids (only 13+) so the person who wrote those things about seeing her from 10-15 is either lying or has the wrong therapist!

I saw Jill from ages 10-15 and now 10 years after I quit seeing her I am afraid to trust any new therapist I have because of her abuse. She'd spend the first half of our session talking to my dad about me alone then berate me for whatever I had done that week. She never taught me any skills or how to gain control of my emotipns, she just bullied me. I never wanted to tell her anything because she treated me like a brat instead of a kid struggling with BPD, Suicidal ideation, self harm, and severe anxiety. She would often tell me how she would beat me if I was her kid and if I told my parents about it she would manipulate them into thinking I was lying. She knew I had self esteem issues and she took advantage of that to make inappropriate comments about my body almost every session. She also invalidated my feelings when I told her I was sexually assaulted, saying it was no big deal. I definitely think seeing her contributed to me becoming more and more suicidal with every passing… year. Thanks for ruining five years of my life, Jill!

I know Dr. Jill does some court ordered sex offender evals so I am sure the bad ratings are from them - the non-sickos love her and her style!
