She spends Mon.-Tue. seeing geriatric patients in hospital. Ignores questions/health issues in consultation. Staff is also unresponsive. For example after waiting 2 wks. for a Rx refill, I walked in to her office and demanded it. Staffer at least showed embarrassment.

Dr Rhymes addressed all of my concerns during my visit. She arrived to our meeting informed of my issues from our previous visit too. Her staff is efficient and courteous. A well run office.

Dr. Rhymes has followed me as my PCP for the last 10 years. Coming from a medical family (father, MD...grandfather, MD), I have felt a great comfort in her concern and knowledge. She will spend time with you and do her best to resolve your medical concerns and issues. I highly recommend her and the sooner she can begin to follow your medical history the better.

My mother is a new patient and this is a very ineffecient office. We can't get anyone to answer the phone, it just goes to voice mail. We have waited for a week to have a call returned, and are still waiting...The nurse sent two different sets of directions for an RX and we waited 2 weeks to get that straightened out. Had to go there in person to take care of it, 'cause nobody answers the phone! We will get another Dr.

my mother has been seeing dr rhymes for 3 years. she is totally checked out as a doctor. she barely listens and seems to just want us to get out of the office during each visit. her receptionist is terrible. no one returns calls. it is s very unprofessional and poorly managed office.

I feel very cared for in Dr. Rhymes practice. My concerns are taken care of and I love being able to communicate with her office via secure email
