Dr. Jill Trumble, MD

Dr Trumbull seemed very knowledgeable.; however, we did not find her bedside manner to be very sympathetic for dealing with a terminal disease patient. Her office was difficult and unorganized to deal with from our experience.

This doctor was my Mother's Parkinson's MD. My parents had what seemed a good enough relationship with her. When my father started to show memory issues we made an appointment that was 6 months out. Due to increased memory issues, my father cancelled his appointment and then another. By the time I was able to take over the scheduling for my dad, the office refused to make another appointment, stating "office policy". I explained the memory issues, pointed out that this was their specialty and I would expect some understanding seeing that this was why we needed the appointment in the first place, that we had a long relationship with this neuro. and that we would certainly be coming now that I was in charge. I was treated with ZERO compassion, the office staff was incredibly rude constantly inciting "office policy". Maybe the doctor is good, maybe not, I will never know, but dealing with an office staff like that on top of Dementia is infuriating.

I’d leave zero stars if possible. My procedure was canceled on the day of my first appointment! I was called at 7:30 am on the day of my first migraine Botox appointment with dr. Trumble after transferring from another neurologist after moving from out of state. I was told that the schedule I was on wasn’t her protocol by the nurse. I told the nurse my two insurances cover my current schedule and that I have been having awful migraine this week, since I’m coming due for today’s injections. She called back and said no, the doctor would not see me today. Mind you, this is right before the holidays and having daily migraines really impacts visits with family. I will not be going to this doctor. Very unprofessional and the antithesis of compassion. As a healthcare provider myself, I am shocked by the complete lack of concern for patients.

First off, Dr Trumble and Jenny are absolutely the best. Love them and never had an issue with them. But the office manager has a log firmly imbedded into her sphincter - Paul Bunyon size log! The office staff in general try to be nice but the crappy mood purveyed by the office manager trickles down causing periodic stupidity and grumpiness. They are not understanding nor informative. Normally, you don't even see an office manager in a medical professional office but she sits in the back of the reception area sourly. She oversee, interrupts and interjects when it's not necessary. She's awful enough to warrant one to try and find a different doctor. It's that bad. I love the care I receive but I'm usually so ticked off by the time I get to see the doctor that I can fully pass along medical info. I never wish for someone to not be employed, but she breaks that rule. I actually hope she never gets a job ever again because she hurts a business, any business.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Trumble for several years for Essential Tremor, Neuropathy and other neurological issues. We drive over 1 1/2 hours to see her. Recently, we were stuck in early morning traffic and arrived 15 minutes late. The front office told her my husband had arrived and they would work us in. After 4 1/2 hour wait, we finally saw this doctor. Since we were constantly asking when we would be able to see doctor, the staff members were rude and said they were trying to work us in. Upon seeing Dr. Trumble, we told her we had been waiting 4 1/2 hours and her response was "because you needed to see me, I'm using my lunch time to see you....so there". We were shocked and appalled that this doctor had no compassion and was unprofessional. No one apologized for us having to wait so long. We would not have waited if my husband had not been having some major issues. We are extremely disappointed in Dr. Trumble and her staff and will NEVER go back!!!

Excellent doctor and office staff, knowledgable and compassionate

Things began on a positive note with this woman, but they have gone down hill ever since. Her "bedside" manner sometimes leaves much to be desired, and she hasn't seemed to be able to handle Parkinson's well at all. The biggest insult occurred recently, when her office was called because the patient's symptoms had become markedly worse. Was unable to talk to her directly--instead spoke to a nurse, so everything was at best second-hand. We were then told to call the primary care doctor. Huh? What good is that? It's passing the buck, not to mention POOR and UNPROFESSIONAL medical care. The symptoms were all neurological. The PCP had nothing to say. I cannot recommend this woman as a physician. I don't think I could recommend her as a horse doctor.

Dr. Trimble just isn't a doctor to us. She's family. She one of the MDS here on the East coast! Always available. Never rushed. Always a pleasure to see.

Great Dr..very personable and understanding.. Makes you feel at ease in a situation your usually not

Very impressed with dr trumble. Very knowledgable and thorough! My mother has Huntington chorea. She was diagnosed in 2009 and today I feel she had her first proper exam!!!
