Dr. Jill Ngeun Vilaythong, MD

I am a 70 year old male, with just identified stage 3a kidney disease and acute kidney injury. I am hard of hearing and just wanted to have my wife of 50 years there with me for support. But this Dr. blatantly refused. Although this is a traumatic time in my life, I will not stand for a Dr. to tell me my wife, my friend, my everything to not come into the room with me. Shame on them. I pray I will find a caring Dr and office . May God have mercy on their dark souls.

Her staff were prompt and courteous, and Dr. Vilaythong is a top notch professional. When her assistant called a week later to confirm meds. renewal, I had some questions about a specific med. , her assistant said she would check and call back. But instead it was the Dr . herself that called back and spent her time to help me. I find that to be outstanding professionalism in this day and time.

This doctor admitted a family member at Baylor Hospital and we never saw her or heard from her after the admittance. Very very very very poor practice of medicine. The follow up doctors (there were different doctors every day) knew very little about the case. One week in the hospital and nothing was done. Run from this one.
