He is rude,mean and negligent. Every month he would let me run out of all my medicine. He would say don't call until you are out and would laugh. I've never seen a doctor behave so cruelly. Then he would not call the pharmacy to refill. Walgreens said they have never seen a doctor that lets his patients go with out meds like him. If you need a doctor that cares and you need monthly meds stay away!

He dropped me as a patient just because my x-caretaker called him, to say I was selling pills. She`s just mad, because she got fired. He really put me in a bind. And yes, it does upset me. Now I have to go threw a hassle, to find another Doctor. Dr. Hong never talks to you, to get to know you. He just goes by what other people say, and the Computer. The whole time I'm their, he is usually just looking at the Computer. This is the second time he dropped me as a patient, and the LAST.

Dr Hong is a great dr. He did test on me that no one has and now I have a knowledge of my health.He also communicate well.

I have been seeing Dr Hong going on 5 years. He is a great Dr as well as his staff I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dr Hong for the wonderful job.

Dr. Hong is an excellent primary doctor. He has always taken the time to listen to his patients & he's a straight- shooter. He's also very kind.
