Dr. Jim Chinhwan Kim, MD

It has been a few weeks since my last appointment with Dr. Kim. I wanted to take my time to think about what I wanted to say instead of writing a rash review. I think Dr. Kim is a very intelligent man. My issue is that in talking with Dr. Kim, it is as if he has forgotten that he is dealing with a person. And when asking him a question, it was as if he felt attacked. Eye contact was minimal and he used a computer almost as if it was a barrier to him having true contact with me as a patient. His skills would best be served as a researcher. It is tough enough to be to told that you have an autoimmune disorder without coming from a doctor who has forgotten that he is talking to human being.

He is compassionate and thorough. His staff is polite and helpful. All in all Dr. Kim is a wonderful doctor.

Very sympathetic with patients

Such a jerk. He wouldn't see me even though he's the only rheumatologist on my insurance. He said I'd die from being diabetic not arthritis. His receptionist is also rude. I would definitely NOT recommend him!! I have psoriatic arthritis and possible spondolitis.

I have been going to Dr. Kim for years, he is thorough and not only takes care of my immune disorders ,but discovered I had a gall bladder problem and also later discovered I had a kidney problem. He truely cares about is patients.

The wait time is ridiculous. The staff he has now is very rude and always talking to each other

I think the dr is great at what he does now as for his staff that's another story the white girl is rude and his office manager is even more rude I hope he has a talk with them I can not believe how a dr can be so nice but have the rude people working for him.

I would highly recommend Dr Kim for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis!

Dr. kim is very kind and efficant.His staff is so friendly and helpful. The staff always seems to have a smile on their faces.

Dr. Kim is very knowledgable and is honest. He explained my diagnosis very well. I wish he would keep a cleaner waiting room and office, it is a mess.
