Not a good office to visit a lot of waiting two people taking care of many and nothing ever gets done, total waste of time not very cooperative with patients bedside manner is not very good

If I could give this office zero stars, I absolutely would. Do not go here. I have never in my life been treated with such disregard and unprofessionalism by a medical provider and their staff. I was repeatedly disrespected and dismissed by front desk personnel, particularly one staff member who struggled with English communication. When I asked for her name, I was refused that basic information — otherwise, I would have included it here. The office called me with my test results and said they were negative. I had a follow-up question because the report also mentioned that “a trace was found,” and I wanted clarification on what that meant. When I asked, the staff member simply said the doctor had referred me to a urologist. I acknowledged that but asked again if someone could explain what the “trace” result indicated. She continued repeating that I had been referred and refused to provide any further explanation. I asked to speak with the doctor, and she told me my next appointment… was in November — it was only June. When I pointed out how inappropriate this level of treatment was, the conversation became tense, and she eventually hung up on me. I called back several times seeking answers and was finally connected to someone named Olivia (if that’s even her real name). I asked again for the name of the previous staff member and was refused a direct answer, even after multiple requests. I explained my concern, and Olivia said she would leave a message for the doctor to call me. Dr. Jimmy Edmund eventually called me. He began the conversation by acknowledging I had a question about my results, but as I started to explain my concern about my health, he cut me off mid-sentence. Rather than listening, he insisted on addressing what he claimed was an “issue” with how I had treated his staff. He then recounted a completely inaccurate version of events and accused me of being rude. I was shocked. I was not hostile — I was a concerned patient, frustrated by the lack of care shown by his staff to relay my message requesting a call from the provider. I simply wanted to speak with him and get clarity on my results. When I calmly began explaining the truth about how I had been treated, he completely disregarded what I said. He claimed he had heard the entire conversation with his staff. I asked how that was possible, considering I had been told he was with a patient and unavailable to speak earlier. He didn’t answer — he simply said, “OK, I’m not going there,” and brushed it off. I tried once more to ask about my test results and clarify my concern, and while I remained calm, he told me he was ending the conversation because it was “hostile.” If a patient cannot speak directly with their physician about their own test results and express legitimate health concerns without being interrupted, gaslighted, or dismissed, that is a serious problem. This experience was not only disappointing — it was deeply unprofessional and unacceptable.

If I woke up to the news that he had been arrested for impersonating a doctor, I would not be surprised. I've had two teams of cardiologists tell me I desperately need a defibrillator implanted, and he refused to sign off on the request. He stated that he was trained at Johns Hopkins and these 5 cardiologists were scrubs, and that I could tell them he said that.

I have finally found a doctor I am comfortable with who speaks with truth. I am SO glad I did not listen to the negative reviewers here. This is the first physician (and I have been thru many in the last five years) that offered a meet and greet. He was very kind, listened intently, and offers his opinion and knowledge without forcing me into anything I was not comfortable with. He gave me all the time I needed and answered every question which I had quite a few. Also... wait time was under 5 minutes!

Poor bedside manners, ignores the patient while clicking off codes on medicare forms that are on the computer. Does not really get to know the patient. After 2 visits my wife and I will be going elsewhere for primary care. We wasted our time and money at this "care center."

2 hrs really... No more needs to be said.... Switched to a new Dr... Never been past 15 minutes wait time. Unless you have a whole day off....

Always takes time to chat and ask questions about me in general. Goes over recent tests and overall health. Very pleasant and courteous and most important to me, I consider him NOT a pill pusher as some are known to do. I do recommend him often.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jimmy for over 15 years, and as witnessed by the duration have no issues with his service, and would not hesitate to recommend. He always has time to listen to your issues/s, and then discuss options going forward.

Have been with Dr. Edmond for 4 years, since moving to Florida. He has shown himself to be capable and is professional. I have to agree with others that the wait time is unacceptable, but I think all doctors in this area are that way. He is close by, and on my insurance plan, so I'll keep going. He could pay a bit more attention to my statements about pain, not big on suggesting pain meds, or a detailed discussion of alternates that might help me.

He has been the worse doctor I have experienced. He never truly focuses on what your real problems are he just wants to write what he wants, He does not listen or try to figure out whats truly wrong with you his ecxuse is always your obese . I cant even get blood work I need done like it's going to hurt him. Worse care ever
