TERRIBLE WAIT TIME 45 MINUTES AND HE WAS VERY RUDE. I WALKED INTO THE PLACE EXPECTING A SMALL WAIT ONLY FOR IT TO TAKE ALMOST AN HOUR!! HE WAS ALSO VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE< UNPROFESSIONAL

Dr Jimmy Lin is very detailed and he listens to you, makes a methodical diagnosis, prescribes the right medication, do some tests in his lab, to calm you down. He seem to care about his patients, much more so than the other PCP I've had. The front office staff is courteous and helpful.

Clinic & Staff: It was very easy to get the appointment and the staff was courteous . I am new to this country the staff helped in understanding the insurance procedures , they listened and answered all my questions patiently. The ambiance was of the clinics was decent, even though it was old it was clean and organized. Doctor: The doctor spent quality time with me , he made to feel comfortable. He listened to me well, he asked few additional questions for his diagnosis. I liked his approach. I came to know this doctor from my friend , I would also recommend this doctor to friends /family. He also gave me the appointment for next visit. I have no experience so far on the follow up after visit process , as I just went yesterday.

Dr. Lin is friendly and courteous with great bedside manner. I was referred through my healthplan's referral service. When I got sick, I was able to be seen the same day and he even called me that night to check on me. I feel lucky to find a private physician who cares and very knowledgeable on various subject of medicine.

OMG, the worst bedside manner of any physician I have ever met. Rude, arrogant, abrupt. Run away from this man.
