Great doctor. I am a physician also. He’s super good and very nice. Lovely bedside manner. Spent plenty of time explaining things. I am very happy with him. Staff was very good also.

My 12 yr old has been battling ear pain for several weeks that we thought was an ear infection and our primary doctor had seen a few times. She had some reservations about another doctor and worried about next steps but was vey comfortable with Dr. Lim and he made her feel at ease. He had to look down her throat with a scope and even then she handled like a pro. Some jokes and laughs and I could tell she enjoyed the visit. He was very reassuring and we enjoyed meeting him and no concerns. We are very pleased! Turns out ear was fine it may just be reflux causing her issues.

My visit was waste of time and money. He is kind of dry personality but does not listen too much to what patient feels.

Dr Lim was one of the only doctors that actually tried to figure out my extremely difficult case and has such a gentle demeanor.

Dr left me sick for two months. No sense of urgency getting catscan or culture results back. When negative I was told to come back in to talk even though his recommendation was surgery. Someone was to call to schedule it and never did. After three weeks no one was even aware. Borderline malpractice!

I've seen Dr. Lim for a few years and really love him. He's very caring and has really tried to help me with my vertigo. I highly recommend him!

Excellent service, good follow-through on treatment, very professional.

He spends the time to explain the diagnosis to me and is not quick to recommend surgery or unnecessary prescriptions. He is methodical in the way he narrows down the cause, which can often be difficult to pinpoint in ENT issues. My family has been very pleased.
