Dr. Laurence Roe Ohalloran, MD

On 6/22 Dr. O'halloran operated on me to address sinus issues including polyp removal and correct a broken nose. The surgery was brutal and bloody but the recovery was worse. I was not prepared for the severity of the recovery and it sent me into a depression. The office did not do a good job preparing me for what to expect. Afterwards I felt very little relief. I did not breathe well and while I was to flush twice a day my nose always felt heavy. The rhinoplasty was a complete disaster as he separated the tip of my nose from the cartlidge and the break was only slightly better. I looked like Karl Malden. When I asked for a correction on the nose Dr O said he couldn't unless he took from my ears or rib??!!?? We agreed that I not pay all of the bill. Fast forward to this year when I had the entire procedure (sans polyp removal) redone at Medstar. It went great and I am breathing normally with a now connected nose. Medstar Dr said "Dr O must of just stopped and didn't complete… the surgery." I wasn't go to write this review but his smugness and paying for it twice has gotten the better of me. Still bothered by all of it.

I was seeing by a nurse practitioner. The Doctor came after only for a few minutes. He did not perform a thorough examination. His bed side manners were rude. He showed no interest and empathy.

Dr. O'Halloran is simply one the best surgeons in area. He expertly performed 2 very complicated cancer surgeries on me. All aspects of the care were terrific. He is extraordinarily talented and patient-centered. I would always see him for any future surgeries and would insist my family see him as well. He is a trusted clinician with a great team.

leslie and geraldine should be fired. they have no clue how to speak to patients. they sound like children with tantrums.

Dr. O'Halloran fixed defects from previous surgeries by other physicians. I have travelled all over the US, only to realize the BEST ENT is in my area, the Washington DC area. He went above and beyond. All the defects have been corrected and with minimal recovery time needed and I am now able to breathe properly. If you have problems with breathing, nasal deviation, septoplasty, do not hesitate to see him.

Dr O'Halloran makes me feel I am his only patient. He has gotten me through 2 bouts of GERD, the last being particularly nasty, requiring extended treatment, including surgery to remove polyps from my throat. I remember coming out of anesthesia seeing him smile at me as he walked past, giving me a thumbs up! He's the best!

Dr. O'Hallaran was the first person of many doctor's to understand and fix my problem with nasal septal surgery, a UPPP procedure and a tonsillectomy. He is an expert in his field and did a fantastic job with my surgery. He called me at home many times to check on me and showed that he cared. Top notch! I would reccomend him to anyone. I feel better now than I have my entire life, I can breath and sleep better than ever. A+++

I went to see this doctor for hearing concerns. They told me I needed ear plugs that would cut down on the amount of noise I would be allowed to hear. They then proceeded to tell me my insurance would cover them. So I went ahead and ordered them. But when they came in they told me that insurance no longer covered them and it would cost me over $128.00 for them. Being on a fixed income this is not in my budget, and why didn't they tell me this may happen. I will not use them again because honest is something that is being forgotten. Worst ever.Poor customer support.
