The worst doctor I have ever seen, very rude, all she does is disrespectful, I had to leave halfway through the consultation because of her rudeness and her yelling. He is an aggressive person

Horrible person please save yourself. I’m eating on multiple sites just to try n stop this.

I never leave reviews but you can guarantee that I will make it my mission that this woman is held accountable and reprimanded for her behavior. I am in complete disgust and shock that a grown woman and so called professional would behave the way she did in front of my 3 year old child. We were referred to her and I will make sure that her pediatrician knows exactly who she is referring people to. Never again. She is rude and doesn't care about the history of a patient which is what started all of this. She interupted me as I was attempting to give her facts. Spoke extremely poor as though her highness was the be all end all. She's disgusting. Her behavior is disgusting. She violates HIPAA. Yelled at us in front of other patients and created an unnecessary situation. If you want to see a real doctor don't go to her. In the medical field physician choices can be life or death and I would never let anyone risk that by going to this crazy lady.

This doctor will not listen to what the patient has to report regarding response to treatment. She has her mind set before she even gets feedback from patient. If you try to ask questions about her orders she becomes very defensive. Absolutely refuses to discuss any alternative treatments.

Have been seeing Dr Woan for 13 years or more. Her bedisde manner is terrible, always has been, it's just the way she is. Leaves the room after your visit, does not say goodbye or anything. After 10 minutes or so of just waiting in the room you realize she did leave and your office visit is over. Hmmmm....... Office staff are afraid of Dr Woan, she rules them with an iron fist, she treats the patients exactly the same way. After this many years of being with her you realize that she knows no different. I personally have told her about these unusual behaviours but she will never change so live with, please do complain about it but in the end she is what she is like it or leave it. Personally I hang in their but for the life of me I have no idea why! Guess because it is too hard to start over again with a new Dr.

My last visit with this doctor she was late to her own appt, with me being first appt of the day. She came in looking like she just crawled out of bed. Very unprofessional. The time she spends with you she is spending majority of the time on the computer and occasionally asks me reverent questions. Only reason I saw her was she was the closest neurological office near me.

This lady will strike a nerve with her cold heart.

I am a newer patient of Dr. Woan. I saw her a month ago for my chronic migraines (28 years). The appointment with her was okay, but she decreased the dosage of the medicine I've been using for 10 years. I was a little bothered by that, but then again she hasn't been treating me long and I think she's just covering her butt. Then today happened. I called this morning to have my prescriptions refilled since it had been a month and I ran out. I got a call from the receptionist around 2:00 pm saying they were called in, but I'd have to come down to the office and pick one of them up because it had to be in writing. She said they were closed for the day and asked if I had enough to last the weekend, I told her no. She said that they would have someone there until 2:30 if I could get there by then to pick up. Then she told me that I would have to pay $ to get the written prescription from her. I asked why, and she said it was their new policy that just started. I asked if they had this… posted or if I could get it in writing. She told me, no there was nothing in writing and the Dr. had left for the day. She said if I didn't pay it she wouldn't give me the prescription. Dr. Woan never told me she was changing her policy when I was there last month, so I would like something, anything, in writing stating the change. Every other fee she has is posted in her office and on the walls in the waiting room.. I don't think that's too much to ask since it's a new fee that I've never had to pay before. I finally gave in because I didn't want to argue and told the receptionist that I'd be there by 2:30 and I'd pay the $. I figured I could get something in writing when I got there. My husband and I raced all the way across town in only 10 minutes to make it on time and we did, but when we got to the counter we were told the prescription was destroyed because I refused to pay the $. The receptionist said she destroyed it because I argued with her about the fee and refused to pay. I didn't refuse to pay it. I just want something stating it's their new fee. They lied to me by telling me I could come pick it up. They told me more than once that the Dr. was no longer there so I couldn't have a new one written. She rudely said, now you'll have to wait until Monday. I begged her to please let me have the prescription because I didn't have anything left and I didn't want to have to go to the ER over the weekend. She didn't care. It looks like the receptionist was trying to make some quick pocket money and when I questioned this fee she ripped up my prescription and now I'm stuck the entire weekend without it until I can call the Dr. back on Monday. Dr. offices are businesses, this one is very poorly run. They are lying to their patients and wasting their time. I would avoid this office. Find one that cares about their patients. A patient has the right to ask for a list of fees in writing without the fear of having their medicine withheld from them for questioning it.
