Dr. Jina Park

This was my first visit with Dr. Park. She had reviewed my records already and was ready to listen to my current issues and concerns. She is friendly and easy to talk with. Her exam was thorough and she explained everything as she was assessing. We reviewed my medications and agreed to make some changes. She recommended a nerve conduction test that we scheduled before the end of my visit. A very satisfying experience.

Dr Park is thorough, personable, compassionate, and a joy to see. She is pleasantly instructive, and includes her patients in decision making. I look forward to seeing her.

She listened patiently to all our questions and answered every questions thoroughly. She is pleasant and kind. Everyone in the office was very nice as well.

In the midst of dealing with my stroke and the resultant long road to recovery, it has been unduly burdensome to schedule an appointment with this practice group. Told to see one of these neurologists within four weeks after my ICU discharge, this practice group told me there are no appointments until April of next year (5 months later). I even made a special trip to the office just to talk to the scheduling staff to see if I could be worked into any doctor’s schedule, but the staff at the front desk refused to tell me where the scheduling staff is in the building and wouldn’t ask any of them to come to the front desk to speak to me. After numerous calls begging and pleading, I finally finagled an appointment today with Dr . Park. Even then, I was made to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment time before a nurse brought me back to take my vitals. It would be one thing if the entire practice group was just slammed with patient demand—but three different pharma sales reps… came in and had time with the doctors and nurses while other patients and I sat in the waiting room. When I was finally able to meet with Dr Park, she was knowledgeable and courteous. But, yet again, it was made clear to me that the practice group does NOT have its act together. Dr .Park scheduled me to get a follow-up MRI scan in February and instructed me to see Dr Nassr that same month. When I tried to schedule that appointment with Dr Nassr, I was again told that neither he nor any doctor has availability until May. Clearly, the left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing in this group—and is more interested in receiving whatever goodies the sales reps are handing out. I’ll never come back to this practice and would never recommend it to anyone.

Dr. Park is very kind and listens to any concerns you may have. She explains everything thoroughly. She is an excellent doctor!

I was seen on time and was greeted by friendly staff. Both the tech and Dr Park were efficient, friendly and explained what they were doing throughout. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Was professional and compassionate; I had some concerns regarding a procedure and she provided answers that addressed them beyond my comfort/ satisfaction.
