Dr. Shen came in and asked all the right questions which indicated her level of expertise. She talked through each step she would be taking and as she was taking them, she described what she was seeing and what it potentially meant. She was careful with the procedure performed and gave clear next steps. The visit was pleasant and quick. I walked Out the office understanding potential causes and how I could avoid another visit.

Dr Shen is so nice. Getting into the exam room was quick and she came right in. After I told her my problem, she agreed, cleaned my ear canal, suggested medication, mentioned alternatives if the meds don’t clear my symptoms, asked if I had any questions. She wanted me back in 10 days. Fast and thorough. Thank you!

I was advised that my symptoms required imaging to rule out an intracranial issue. After waiting for MRI clearance, I was told a CT scan would be arranged instead. However, the CT order was entered incorrectly and later deactivated. I simply requested a corrected head CT order so I could proceed. At that point, communication stopped. Calls, portal messages, and faxes went unanswered. There was no explanation or follow-up. The front desk staff were professional and did attempt to help relay messages, but I was left without direct response from the physician’s team at a critical moment. Eventually the order was issued after further escalation, but the period of silence was difficult to understand. My experience felt very different from what others describe.
