Dr. Jing Jean Zhang, MD

I am so fortunate she is my doctor. Dr. Zhang is one of the rare ones. She is caring, compassionate, and puts her patients well-being first.

Dr. Zhang is a compassionate, caring and thorough doctor. I always walk away feeling confident about my health and my next steps. Dr. Zhang always responds to messages timely and the office can work me in when I need to see her immediately. As a working woman, I really appreciate how quickly my office visits go and the flexibility in scheduling - the entire office works together to make the visit exceptional from sign-in to check -out. I highly recommend Dr. Zhang for new patients and for those with complex health issues.

i was doubled bill for a procedure that i was told would be billed to me by the lab the staff was very rude too I went to the office to pick up a prescription that she had written for me for 30 days but in order for my insurance to pay I needed a 90 day. I was told that dr zhang would need to see me. I didn't know that the meant for an exam because when they called me back I was not weighed nor was my blood pressure taken. when dr zhang final came in she asked me how was by blood pressure I guess this was to bill my insurance

I almost don't want to share my personal opinion of Dr. Zhang as I don't want everyone crowding in on my turf at Waverly Primary. Dr. Zhang is a person first, then a woman, then a doctor. She seems to manage a positive attitude even when her waiting room is filling up. I never feel likes she judges me even though I have been there alot ! You will usually find that Dr. Zhang smiles and laughs often ! Most of the nurses she has had over the years are very pleasant to interact with. We all know how important the nurse experience can be. ( A nasty nurse can chase away patients from their preferred physician. ) The pretty blonde nurse with short hair was my fave ! Where is she ? The lab technician at Waverly is also efficient and courteous. The office is not fancy, the halls are tight and can sometimes be crowded......but who cares as long as you have a consistant positive patient experience. Even though I would prefer not to have any health issues, I consider myself fortunate… to have ended up with Dr. Zhang ! If she ever leaves, I'm in trouble.

I have been with this practice for the last five years and have been very happy with their services. Dr. Zhang does a thorough job every single time I come and visit. She often asks follow-up questions about my other medical conditions even though it was not the initial complaint for the visit. Her bedside manners are wonderful and she always have time for my questions. I should also note that I have a few family members and friends that are also seen by Dr. Zhang and there has been nothing by praise.
