Dr. Jinhan Chi, MD

Dr Chi did not call me 6 weeks after the regular medical physical test report came out . Especially there are several out of ranges on the report ! . When I asked the doctor to explain the report, the assistants requested me to make appointment and pay. They confirmed it’s a rule. I don”t think so. That”s why I put the low rating for her.

Poor bedside manner, horrible interpersonal skills, zero management skills

Good doctor, professional and caring

Dr chi's receptionist scheduled my first appointment when he was on vacation and the office was closed. She seemed inept and unprofessional Over the phone. I needed the appoitment for a referral And I missed a day of work for this ghost appointment.

Dr. chi is very nice and very patient

She is not a professional doctor, I won't visit her again!
