It doesn’t seem as though she cares for me as her patient. She doesn’t do a good job following up with her patients or helping them stay healthy or offering advise. I am changing my PCP.

Saw her today. I thought she was excellent, prompt and concerned. She got the results back to me before I got home!

I would not recommend Dr. Jones to anyone, unless you want a Primary Care doctor who does not care. She did not even perform a physical exam, did not ask any questions or provide any advice about a condition that I came to the office for, was unprofessional and rude. On our second visit, she did not remember that I have a chronic previously diagnosed medical condition--she was angry about me for even mentioning it, and she pooh-poohed or even denied the condition. She rushed me out the door. This is the first time I have written a negative review of a doctor.

Miserable experience. It happens to me the same as mentioned in the others reviews. She does not follow up on your concerns and seems like she does not know what she is doing. She does not let you to talk about your concerns. All she care is to take your weight,temperature and get out of the door.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jones for three years now, and am very happy with her. She listens to me, respects my opinion on things, is caring, and always make sure I get the care I need. I'd recommend her to family and friends.
