Dr. Pitzer and her staff are wonderful. They are all very caring and friendly. Most of all I love that it's never more than a day before I can get an appointment, and even better once you get in to the office for your appointment, you don't wait more than 5 minutes to be taken back to a room.

I appreciate that when I sign in, the staff is extremely friendly and talkative. I don't have to wait long, 10 mins at the most and I've been to Dr. Pitzer many times. Once I'm called back, the wait time in the waiting room is approximately 5-10 mins but I appreciate that she is probably spending quality time with her previous patient, and will do the same for me. When she comes in, she's friendly, smiling and attentive. She listens, and will examine me for what is ailing me and suggest things to help me. I also like her state of the art computer that she keeps all my previous records and visits on so she can get everything right at her fingertips immediately. Follow up appts. are the same great quality. Thank you.

I have been going to her for 10 years. They can aleways squeeze me in when needed. The longest I have ever waited is like 3 minutes. I followed her from another practice before she had her own. I followed her because the staff at the other group were very un-professional and you could never get hold of them or the Doctor. They know me when I walk in. Dr Pitzer caught a condition early and has helped me control it! Thank You
