The best doctor , he has done my last 2 deliveries and he has been there since beginning to end, He is patient and very kind, also caring. He really loves his job and he is very good at it. May God bless you Dr Alvarez!! Thank you

Very disheartening to leave him a negative review but his staff needs some more training in customer service. I had a issue spring up postpartum and also had another issue unrelated and through my insurance found him. He has amazing ratings so I was elated he was located nearby as well. Well, I called after their opening hours, gave my information and issues and was suddenly told their systems were done and they would call me back soon. I waited for hours and called for a follow up...maybe they forgot? Nope. Systems were apparently still down. I called once more before closing and was told its still down and they will call tomorrow. They never did. I waited until noon the next day and when she answered she sounded annoyed it was me and then told me it's still down. I questioned her like it's been down over 24 hours and you're still taking calls? She tells me it's down for new patients. Girl, c'mon. Just say you don't want to be bothered. Very unprofessional and lied for no reason.

Estoria, the supposed office manager is so rude and disrespectful. How can you have someone running your office with no kind of customer service or respect for your patients? She hung up on my face. Very nasty lady!

I did my research looking for a OB and found Dr. Alvarez and I wasn't wrong about him... I just got birth my first child 6 weeks ago, with Dr. Joan Alvarez...I sincerely trust him...he was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing and give you the best option for your health....always helpful with my pregnancy and I apreciate that he speaks Spanish ...Thank you for being a great Doctor!!....? Excellent experience with Levins Women's Health, Dr. Alavarez and staff were phenomenal!!! always give you a hand when you need...They are friendly, professional, and take the time to answer any questions you might have!!! Thank you..?
