Dr. Feinstein is one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever encountered. If one comes ready to make a change in their life, her guidance can help you finally take on the world. She has helped me so much in coping and understanding past traumas, difficult family relationships, and my ADHD. Strategies to overcome obstacles step by step. I feel like a different person since starting sessions with her. So much stronger and productive. I highly recommend Dr. Feinstein.

Allways there for my daughter night and day . My name is Xhilda Zeqirja and my daughter is her patience for about four years. Is 11.19!pm right now and DR Joan was on the phone with my kid which she was having a crisse. My kid suffer from Bipolar one and PTSD . Her generosity and compassion for my daughter is unlimited day and nights and this have been for years. Even me as a mother I text her any time of the day when I need help the Doctor reply to me right way and direct me what to do in episodes my daughter had just like it happened now in night time. I want to thank her a excellent Care she is doing for my daughter. She knows what to tell my sick kid who suffer from mental illness and calm her dawn which me as a mother I can’t do it when a bypolar child hits the roof and I can’t go thru her mind but DR Joan can . Dr. Feinstein has played an instrumental role in my family's counseling needs. The stress of going through a custody dispute is hard enough but when tensions are extremely high between parents it has such a negative impact on children. Dr. Feinstein helped my family through some of the toughest times we've ever experienced. Her level of professionalism and caring for children goes unmatched. Dr. Feinstein's kind heart and dedication has been a true blessing and I'm forever grateful for the work she's done to help my family. I would highly recommend Dr. Joan Feinstein.

The source of my distrust in medical professionals

I walked into Dr. Joan's Practice years ago, depressed thinking there was no help for me and there was nothing could be done for me. I tried various other psychologists in the past, but when I went to see Dr. Joan all changed. She was warm, friendly, empathic, and understanding of what I have went through. She spends the time needed to help you unlike other therapists. Five years later I can honestly say I am a different person. If it wasn't for Dr. Joan I am not sure where I would be. She has taught me ways to cope with stressors and anxiety in my life and I will always be eternally grateful and continue to see Dr. Joan for many years to come.

I’ve been to other therapists, this one is first class. my family was going through a crisis and we were treated with dignity and respect. We had financial issues. Dr. Feinstein worked with our insurance when possible, and made a payment plan because we could not pay all at once. provided us with resources and assistance we did not expect or were even aware of. She was highly recommended from our primary care physician. we can see why.

Always side with female regardless of issues. Problems are never resolved as a result.

I would like to comment on Dr Joan not caring. Dr Joan goes out of her way to halo me. She is a God send who keeps me grounded and focused on the things that can be controlled. Her thoughtfulness and caring is what keeps me looking forward to seeing her. I will never forget what Dr Joan has done for me she is a very special lady

She did not seem interested at all, she spent most of our time on her phone texting and also talked more about herself then my issues. She was not helping me at all. I do not recommend her.
