Dr. Joan Elaine Haynes-Lee, MD

It doesn't matter where a doctor went to school or how long they have been practicing if patients don't return. Negative attitude, no compassion, empathy., or diagnosis. Will not return.

Dr. Joan Haynes-Lee was visited at Loma Linda Hospital. She was dismissive, cut me off half way while giving my symptoms, and wouldn't let me continue when I tried. No questions asked, no curiosity or interest in learning more about my medical issue or symptoms. She said she'd prescribe a medication. When I asked about medication side effects, she questioned why I was asking, and informed me her sister prescribes the same medication and her patients have no issues. I said I'd reach out if I had questions and she responded, "Why?" For the first time, I left a doctor's appointment simultaneously disappointed, unheard, dismissed, unimportant, and angry. I would not visit Dr. Haynes-Lee again nor would I recommend her.

I had Joan since she started at unity and I appreciated the excellent care I recieved,really sad time that she is leaving, going to be hard to find doctor that will even come close to the care I recieved. Dan

Self absorbed. Not really interested in you issues.

Terrible bedside manner, very disappointed. I guess my search continues for a new pcp.

Dr. Lee has absolutely no personality and no compassion. After my appt. with her, I got in my car and cried. It was that bad. I will never go back to her.
