Dr. Joan Evelyn Kinlan, MD

While you are paying her the big bucks, she is typing on her laptop your bill! She actually encouraged me to sit on top of 9 year old daughter who was having behaioral issues. She spent about 10 minutes of our time going to her garage and gave my daughter, without my permission, some dart guns. Another time my daughter mentioned that she had a project and needed a box and she once again left to go find a box for her on my time. One time she ran over the alotted time and said that she was going to have to charge me extra. Everyone knows that it is the doctor's job to keep track of the time. She really should be reported! Run!

She is a nice lady but is absent minded, distracted, or overwhelemed, I can't tell which. She doesn't seem to keep notes or remember facts from one appointment to the next. I feel like she adds very little to my understanding of my child's issues. She will prescribe ADD meds quickly, though.
